Palms, a fiddle-leaf fig, cordylines and orchids built around the cars, from the showroom glass to the reception desk.
How it's different from an office
In showrooms with large glazed façades, light can be intense near the glass and drop off quickly toward the service department or back offices, the same kind of falloff we cover for interior spaces generally in our office plant guide, just at showroom scale. A plant chosen for the light right at the window won't necessarily work twenty feet back.
When vehicle displays change or a car is pulled for a test drive, a planter needs to already be out of the path, not something that gets shuffled around the floor afterward. In customer-facing areas such as reception and the service write-up desk, presentation matters every day the location is open.
Finished showroom flooring needs a container with a protected, stable base, so it doesn't shift when the floor is cleaned or a vehicle is repositioned nearby. Entrances and conditioned airflow can change how quickly a plant or its soil dries out, so those locations get assessed as part of the maintenance plan rather than watered on the same schedule as the rest of the space.
Not every spot in a dealership supports a live plant. A display area with limited natural light and limited technician access is sometimes a better fit for a high-quality preserved or replica option instead of a live one. We can recommend live plants where conditions support them, and preserved or replica options where they don't.

How it works
Walkthrough & design
We walk the showroom, sales desks and service counter to look at light, traffic and where vehicles move, then choose plants and containers for what we find.
Sourcing & installation
Plants and containers are sourced for the site, then delivery and installation are scheduled around the dealership's hours.
Scheduled maintenance
Visit frequency is set during the walkthrough based on the plants, space and account needs. Each visit covers watering and moisture management, cleaning and dusting, pruning and trimming, and pest and disease monitoring.
Guarantee
Plants that don't hold up are replaced under our standard guarantee, as part of the maintenance plan, not billed as a separate cost.
Plant installations start at $2,000. Maintenance plans start at $250 a month, with final pricing based on plant count, visit frequency, site access and any corrective work identified during the walkthrough. See how our maintenance plans work →
Our standard
Each account is typically assigned one dedicated technician who stays on it, so the same person gets to know your plants and your space instead of relearning it every visit.
Plants under a maintenance contract are covered by our standard guarantee: we refresh at no extra cost if something doesn't thrive.

Common questions
Plant and container selection matched to your showroom's light, traffic and layout, installation, and an ongoing maintenance schedule, not just a one-time drop-off of plants.
Visit frequency depends on the plants, the space and the account. We recommend a schedule after the walkthrough.
It's replaced under our standard guarantee as part of the maintenance plan, not billed as a separate surprise cost.
We can recommend the right mix for a given spot: live plants where conditions support them, and preserved or high-quality replica options where light or access make live plants impractical.
