Why regular care

Plants that look like install day, every day

Healthy plants are a matter of small, regular attention. The same technician checks soil, light and leaves on every visit, so little things are caught early and your space keeps the look it had on the day we installed it.

How it works

From walkthrough to scheduled visits

  1. 1

    Walkthrough

We review your plants, containers, light, placement and access, whether it's a new install or a collection you already have.

  2. 2

    Itemized Proposal

You get an itemized proposal covering visit frequency, scope and cost, together with visualizations of our recommendations, so you can see what we're proposing before moving forward.

  3. 3

    Scheduled Visits

Service starts on the agreed schedule. Access, timing and your site contact are confirmed before the first visit.

What's included

Every visit covers the details

Needs-based watering, pruning, grooming, cleaning and health monitoring, on the schedule set in your proposal.

  • Watering & Moisture Management

Soil checked and watered to the right level for each plant and container, not a generic schedule.

  • Cleaning & Dusting

Leaves wiped and polished so plants present well between visits, not just on the day we're there.

  • Pruning & Trimming

Dead growth removed and shape maintained, so plants stay full instead of leggy or overgrown.

  • Pest & Disease Monitoring

Early inspection catches problems before they spread to the rest of the space.

  • Seasonal Flower Rotations

Flowering plants swapped in on a schedule, so color never goes stale in reception or lobby areas.

  • Planter & Container Upkeep

Pots, saucers and decorative elements kept clean and in good condition, not just the plants themselves.

Already have plants?

We start with what's already there

An Existing Collection

We start with a walkthrough of the plants you already have: health, soil, containers and light. From there we build a maintenance plan around what's already installed, not a fresh design.

A Current Provider

Switching is the same process: we assess the collection, flag anything that needs catching up first, and take over service on whichever schedule works with your current contract.

Common questions

Before you start a maintenance plan

Can you take over maintenance for plants you didn't originally install?

Yes. We start with an assessment of the existing plants and conditions, then propose a maintenance plan, or a redesign for the areas that need it.

Can you take over from another maintenance company?

Yes. We evaluate the collection the same way, flag anything that needs catching up first, and can start on whichever timeline works with your current contract.

What happens during the initial walkthrough?

We look at your plants, containers, light, placement and access, note anything that needs corrective work, and talk through scheduling and who to contact on-site. You get a proposal after, not during, the walkthrough.

How much does commercial plant maintenance cost?

Plans start at $250 a month. The final price depends on the number of plants, visit frequency, site access, and any corrective work identified during the walkthrough. You receive an itemized proposal after, so the plan and the budget are decided together.

What's the difference between weekly and bi-weekly service?

Weekly visits suit high-traffic spaces like dealership showrooms and hotel lobbies; bi-weekly suits typical offices with lower foot traffic. We recommend a frequency after seeing your space, not before.

Do we need to water in between your visits?

No. Visit frequency is set during the walkthrough specifically so plants don't need attention between visits. If your space needs more than bi-weekly care, we'll recommend weekly service instead.

What's included in a maintenance visit?

Watering, cleaning, pruning, pest monitoring and planter upkeep every visit. Seasonal flower rotations are included where applicable. See the full list above.

What happens if a plant shows signs of stress?

We check placement, light and moisture, and look for pests or disease. Depending on what we find, that can mean adjusted care, relocation, corrective work, or replacement under our guarantee.

Do you replace plants that don't survive?

Yes. Plants under a maintenance contract are covered by our guarantee: we refresh them at no extra cost.

Is repotting included?

Repotting is scoped separately when a plant's condition or growth calls for it, and included only when it's part of the agreed plan.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Contract terms are set out in your proposal, based on your space and schedule, not a fixed company-wide minimum.

Will maintenance visits disrupt our workplace?

Access, timing and your site contact are agreed before the first visit, and technicians work efficiently to keep disruption to your team minimal.

What areas do you serve?

San Diego County is our primary service area. Our maintenance work spans North County to the coast, including Carlsbad, Escondido and Solana Beach, with locations also maintained across Orange County and Los Angeles County.
